Information you choose to provide
- Messages and booking requests: your name, contact details, message and any requested service, date or session arrangements. These are saved for the team to review. The existing forms also attempt notification and acknowledgement emails; successful website submission does not guarantee email delivery.
- Order requests: the requested item and quantity, name, email, phone, delivery address, optional message, request reference, subtotal and consent record. Requests are saved in the website’s admin order list. No card payment is taken through this request form.
- Website chat: name, phone, email, consent, saved conversations and messages from the visitor, website guide and team. The guide answers from public website information, not private records. The team can review and reply to your saved conversation.
We use this information to respond, manage requests and conversations, and support the service you asked for. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive medical records. These channels are not an emergency medical service.
Security and browser storage
Hosting systems process connection information such as IP address, requested page, browser details and timestamps for website delivery, diagnostics and security. Forms and chat use session information and abuse-prevention checks. Choosing saved chat allows this browser to remember its conversations for 90 days, renewed on return. Someone using the same unlocked browser may be able to open them.
Forget this browser removes that browser’s chat access; it does not delete the team’s saved records. Optional cookie choices are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. See our cookie policy and controls.
Google Analytics and advertising
Optional Google Analytics and AdSense scripts load only after the corresponding choice is allowed. Google services can receive IP addresses, device/browser details, page information and cookie or other identifiers. Analytics helps us understand visits. Advertising cookies and similar technologies support ad delivery, measurement, frequency limits and fraud prevention. Third parties, including Google and its advertising partners, may place or read cookies or use web beacons and IP addresses in connection with ad serving.
This website requests non-personalized ads and disables Google signals and ad-personalization signals in its Analytics configuration. Non-personalized does not mean no cookies or no data processing. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers or chat text to custom Analytics events, nor create advertising audiences from your medical information or religious beliefs.

Video playback
Videos uploaded by the site team are stored with Cloudflare R2. Public video files load from Cloudflare when you choose to play them; the player does not autoplay. Cloudflare receives connection information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested media address to deliver the video. Playback is a requested website function and does not require optional Analytics or advertising consent. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Videos should not contain personal or sensitive information without appropriate permission.
Who may receive information
The site team and the hosting, email and technical providers involved in operating the website may process information needed for those functions. If you choose WhatsApp, email or an external link, the provider of that service receives the information you send and processes it under its own terms. Google services process optional data when enabled. Information may be processed outside Uganda depending on the providers involved. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention and your requests
Saved messages, bookings, order requests and conversations do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Records remain until the team removes them, subject to applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. The browser’s 90-day chat identifier is not a deletion deadline for saved conversations. Google’s handling and retention of its data are described in its policies and service settings.
You may ask us to review, correct or delete information you supplied, or explain its use, by emailing the address above. Include only enough information to identify your request; we may need to verify it before disclosing or changing records. A deletion request does not automatically remove records a separate provider must handle.
Optional choices can be changed through Privacy choices in the footer. Rejecting optional services does not prevent normal browsing, contact or ordering. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13; a parent or guardian should contact us about a child’s submitted information.
